Never Forgotten. |
Lives astray, hope shattered, unexpected death
All I remember is your last breath,
Devastation spreads like a disease,
Melancholy struck me as I knelt to my knees.
Pure fear in your eyes,
Never forgotten, always remembered,
Forever.

Some Might Say… |
Some might say it’s carnage:
Some might say it’s a crime;
Some might say it’s useless;
But only those who’ve been know the truth.
War is a drug…
A fast paced and lethal Addiction

Polar Bears |
Made of wood,
Hidden treasure inside,
Piece of puzzle beholds the treasure,
I wish I knew which piece it is,
To crack the code,
Frustration and wonder,
In silence it stands,
Waiting for someone to go inside,
The treasure it holds,
Mysteries unfold,
Secrets the truth,
Things to find,
Everything everyone wants to know.

NATURE IS ALL AROUND |
Insects, creatures
Trees and grass,
What else will I pass?
Rives, sky’s,
Flowers too,
Reds, Greens, and maybe blues,
Walking though the grass so green,
Up, up it grows but yet never overflows,
Humming alone with the singing birds
Oh so serene.
The world is like a natural circle,
So green, so remarkable.

Nature is a Feeling |
Nature is a feeling,
You can feel it in the air,
The smell of fresh trees and grass,
The leaves falling down from high above is like a green speckle,
The veins on the leaves is like a line on the floor,
SUDDENLY you hear a bomb hit the ground,
You can feel the burning in your soul,
Reaching the heart above,
The cry’s of the trees,
The sites of leafs are floating in the air

The Parent of the Soldier |
Why does this happen?
I didn’t have to go through this,
I don’t know why it happened,
But this is the way of life.
The things that happened,
You don’t want to know,
Blood as red as roses,
The thudding of bodies pummelled the grass,
When the bullet hit his skull,
He hit the floor,
The sky went dull,
His heart went cold,
But the bad thing was, he wasn’t very old either.
Why did this have to happen?
Why did it happen to me?

My weather poem |
In the winter it’s cold,
Snow falling around you and jack frost biting you.
When you shiver your bones will break.
But in the summer the sun beams its so bright makes you tired, but not at night.
Hot as boiling water but cold at night.
I like to have my beauty sleep,
Night. Night. Night.

My Heroes |
WAR. War is hurt.
War is death.
War is hope.
War is now.
War was then.
War’s just beginning.
But war’s never ending.
I’m sure we would all love for war to end,
But, I guess there’s another war because war is never going to end!
You no war is real when you realise that your dreams will get shattered, because war is always near, to make a wreck out of your dreams and set of your fears!
Your fears strike out when you experience a family’s loss,
Whether they're devastated or not.
They still fought for our country,
For us,
Yes. England.
When I see a poppy it reminds me of them,
To remember them,
The heroes
England’s Great Soldiers.
The red of the poppy is love for the blood of a solider.
The black of the poppy is death.
The stem of the poppy represent their life.
So when you see a poppy, take a moment to think and give thanks for my heroes.
They sacrificed there lives for us!

Military police |
I’m standing here today,
Being remembered forever and ever
I’m saluting people left, right and centre
And even being saluted back.
I saved peoples lives as my heart turns cold
I’ll tell you off if you’re not very nice,
But just remember I’ll always be alive.
Their faces smile as they remember,
Me and their friends and family forever.
The trees are waving as green as grass,
And when it rains it makes cry
With massive tears as wet as mine.
The last time I was alive
It started to rain,
And then I died.

Memories |
As love is lost, as life turns into memories.
I gaze.
Memories whisper to each other “bright green as the field that took my like “
Charmed faces stare at the blood red poppies, not knowing what to do.
Relatives and friends run there tear dropped covered fingers over plaques.
Constantly crying.
But to the other side of where I live.
Dazzling droplets of drew drop as if love has been contained in a tiny bubble and
it has no hesitation of bursting into natural colours.
Friends are connected by death, emotions free to wonder.

In their memory |
In their memory,
A tree is planted,
For the person who died,
As the tree grows,
The memory grows stronger,
Brought home,
For family and friends to see,
Through sadness and grief,
We still have belief,
On a bench,
On a wall,
The names of the brave,
The names of the bold,
We know and remember you.

Embrace sorrow |
We all embrace sorrow,
Animals, plants and people
For people its blood spilt,
Relatives killed families lost,
A blink of an eye and your families gone
For animals its habitat loss,
Homes destroyed, young gone,
A blink of an eye and your home is lost
And for plants its loneliness,
People and animals just being there,
A blink of an eye and your on your own
We all feel sorrow,
From people loosing relatives,
Animals loosing homes,
And plants all on their own,
We are all connected, we all feel sorrow,
Sorrow is loss.
