ITINERARY

To give Teachers and Students a guide to how their visit to the NMA will progress, below is an approximate timetable for the day.

Please note that the timetable will probably vary to accommodate late/early arrivals, weather conditions and special circumstances.

1. Arrival - between 0930 and 1000 hours.
2. Party to be dropped off at Reception drop-off area, coaches staying on site to coach park.
3. Party will be met by WAW Staff given brief on location of amenities and site layout.
4. Students to cloakroom before going onto site.
5. Party taken to working location on site.
6. Health & Safety Briefings and introductions.
7. Brief description of the history of the NMA.
8. Lunch and break times arranged.
9. Party split into two, one half to Willow work, the second to Poetry.
10. At the present time, the Poetry group will attend the 'Homage' in the site Chapel (ten minutes) before carrying on with their creative writing.
11. Lunch - approximately 1300 hours.
12. 1400 Hours groups swap over.
13. 1530 - 1600 Departure.
